Machine OperatorAbout the Role:
PROVACU LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS INDUSTRY LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to support production operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant functioning of manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery according to approved SOPs and work instructions. Ensure efficient operation of automated and semi-automated equipment used in blood collection tube assembly. Maintain strict cleanroom discipline and comply with GMP, safety, and quality requirements. Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks. Accurately record production data, machine logs, and batch documentation. Identify, report, and escalate equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues promptly. Assist in preventive maintenance activities under supervision. Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment. Cleanroom experience is highly preferred. Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage. Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP, and quality standards. Good attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
