We are looking for an experienced
Production In-Charge
to manage and supervise oursteel, aluminium, and glass fabrication unit
. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, ensuring timely, high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire production process for steel, aluminium, and glass fabrication. Develop
production schedules and allocate resources
to meet project deadlines. Ensure strict adherence toquality standards and technical specifications
. Coordinate withproject managers, estimators, and procurement teams
for smooth workflow. Monitor material stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve maximum productivity with minimal waste. Enforcehealth, safety, and environmental compliance
in the workshop. Maintain detailed production reports and update management on progress.Job Type: Full-time
