We are looking for an experienced
Production Incharge
to join a reputed Fit-Out / Joinery Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising production activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient use of resources.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the joinery / fit-out workshop Ensure production targets are met within timelines and budget Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with company and project standards Manage manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Prepare production reports and update management on progress
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in aFit-Out / Joinery Company
Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, and machinery Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skillsQualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
