Job Description

We are a growing meat processing business specializing in high-quality ostrich meat products, including fillet steaks, burgers, minced meat, and sausages. We are passionate about sustainable farming and delivering premium products to our customers across retail, HoReCa, and marketplaces.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Production Helper to assist in the daily processing and preparation of meat products. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the food production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with meat preparation, cutting, mixing, and packaging Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Operate basic kitchen equipment safely Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed Label and store products correctly Perform cleaning and sanitization of workstations and equipment
Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food production setting is a plus Ability to work in a cold environment and handle raw meat Basic understanding of food safety practices Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player
