In this role, you'll be involved in various stages of chocolate production, ensuring the products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the chocolate production process, including mixing, molding, and packaging.
Operate chocolate production machinery (tempering machines, molding machines, etc.).
Monitor chocolate consistency, texture, and taste to ensure high-quality production.
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to during all stages of production.
Conduct quality checks on products and ingredients to meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
Support inventory management by tracking ingredients and materials needed for production.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in the food production industry (experience in chocolate manufacturing is a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes
Ability to follow detailed recipes and production schedules.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling chocolate and ingredients.
Ability to operate production machinery and equipment safely.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
