Position:

Production Head

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in aluminium field

License Required: Valid UAE driving license

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the aluminium fabrications in in house and on site

Coordinate site-to-site activities and ensure smooth workflow across multiple project locations

Supervise and guide fabrication teams to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery

Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety, and quality standards

Work closely with project managers and engineers to align production with project timelines

Monitor inventory, tools, and raw material usage and coordinate with storekeepers as needed

Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminium fabrication, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass products, fabrication processes, and site execution

Valid UAE driving license

Proven ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and handle site coordination

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
