Production Engineer - Fabrication
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 3,500 per month
Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Engineer with a background in fabrication and project planning. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality, and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities in fabrication.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams.
Prepare and implement project schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Optimize production processes and reduce wastage.
Generate daily/weekly progress reports.
Lead and guide production staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mech required).
2-4 years' experience in fabrication/steel industry.
Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
Experience in project planning and scheduling.
Good communication and team management skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to AED 3,500 per month.
