• Perform relevant duties and responsibilities, assigned from time to time, by the immediate manager.
• Key responsibilities on the Roller/PU division for enhancing the current facility and to supervise the entire div.
• Conveyor belt project such as Vulcanizing\'s / erecting /Assembly -site Supervising and Managing
• Developing the conveyor roller components and enhancing the current PU production segment
• Developing the in-house design facilities for the Conveyor roller / Pulleys etc...
• Finding the relevant sources for the components supplier and helping the purchase department in the engineering side / PU areas
• Leading the entire Conveyor roller divisions / PU and the Conveyor project sites related activities as the project / Production engineer role.
• Planning and executing the orders of the PU / Roller and the conveyor Sites, according to the sales and the customer requirements and to meet the targets on time.
• Customer site visits along with the sales team when and then it requires.
• Documentations for the Conveyor Roller divisions for the internal and external auditing including ISO.
• Co-ordinating with QA/QC and with Dispatch, Store on the related Conveyor site and Roller div activities
• Preparing the daily reports on the site and the roller/ PU production and submitting to the management on the weekly basis.
• All the other activities as the production/ Project Engineer responsibilities in the related division.

• B.E or B. Tech with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Roller manufacturing/ Conveyor belt service / maintenance and PU.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office/ Auto Cad and related design software\'s
