Knowledge & Qualification:
Experience: Must have a minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a position supporting or providing maintenance services to petrochemical or manufacturing plants. Knowledge of basic mechanical integrity practices for both fixed and rotating equipment. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
Training: Knowledge and experience with petrochemical plant (or manufacturing plant) maintenance practices and procedures. Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling processes, plant safe work practices, and turnaround planning and execution.
Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic. Proficient in MS-Office and maintenance planning processes with excellent planning and scheduling skills. Good interpersonal and mentoring skills; good organisation, supervisory and management skills; good multi-tasking skills; exposure to financial budgeting for Maintenance groups or services.
Basic Salary: SAR-9640-16000
