Key Job Responsibilities

Assisting and Handling Production planning and control
Supervising and giving instruction to subordinate.
Issuing raw material as per the requirements.
Weekly report making and reporting to production manager.
Active part of company strategic team responsible for designing polices for improvement plans for QMS.
Contributing as a planner for company internal / external quality audit compliance to ISO 9001 standard.
Summarizing and analytical presentation of internal & External quality audit results to different concerned parties.
Designing and development of Rubber formulate for various product applications and performing inspection at various level such as Incoming, In-Process and final Inspection.
Leading cross functional team (CFT) for implementing continuous improvements in context to increase mixing capacity by using an optimum batch size, online strip cutting from mill and curing time standardization of input material for molding items.
Managing performance level and verifying different test performed in various Labs Rheometer, Mooney viscometer, Digital Specific Gravity Balance, Universal Testing Machine.
Perform relevant duties and responsibilities, assigned from time to time, by the immediate manager.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Polymer Technologist with 8 to 10 years of experience.
Experience QA/QMS in Polymer rubber lining and moulding industry.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands on knowledge of MS Office.
