Job Overview:
\xe2\x88\x99Managing overall production shop floor in terms of planning, scheduling, monitoring & achieving
target dates.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x88\x99Creating daily, weekly and monthly plans for production
\xe2\x88\x99Recording & monitoring of man hours allocation to project on daily and monthly basis
\xe2\x88\x99Assist in updating manufacturing workflow, line layouts, or floor plans
\xe2\x88\x99Eliminate wastage on man hours by reducing reworks, idle time and un-necessary overtime
\xe2\x88\x99Coordinate with other departments to facilitate production needs
\xe2\x88\x99Utilization of existing manpower, resources and workshop floor layout
\xe2\x88\x99Monitor daily, weekly and monthly plans to ensure delivery / target dates for each projects
assigned
\xe2\x88\x99Preparing production reports on daily basis against planned activities
\xe2\x88\x99Monitoring and updating production plan on ERP system including daily routine data entry to
generate overall project consumption report in terms of man power, resources and material
used for each project
\xe2\x88\x99Monitor equipment performance to verify that production objectives are being fulfilled
\xe2\x88\x99Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment to guarantee the smooth running of
manufacturing lines
