Job Title: Production Engineer (Steel Fabrication Factory)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our steel fabrication factory in

Umm Al Quwain, UAE

. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Oversee daily production operations within the steel fabrication factory, ensuring output meets both quality and delivery requirements. Collaborate with the Factory Manager to develop and monitor production schedules, implement lean manufacturing processes, and optimize resource utilization. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and throughput.

Project Management:

Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality execution of steel fabrication projects. Oversee the fabrication of steel components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to steel fabrication processes.

Back-Office Functions Coordination:

Serve as the key liaison between operations and support functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Ensure that all relevant departments are aligned on operational goals and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between teams. Work with Procurement to guarantee the timely supply of raw materials, steel components, and other essential resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience in steel fabrication and manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly. Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
