Production Engineer Metal Fabrication

Job Description
We are hiring a Production Engineer - Glass & Aluminum for our metal division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of pergola projects requiring a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate at Internal site meetings taking full and detailed notes.
2. Oversee daily aluminum and glass production operations
3. Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and resources.
4. Ensure quality control standards are met.
5. Supervise and train production staff.
6. Preparing program of work for the Engineers & work schedules as per the ongoing projects.
7. Improve production efficiency while minimizing waste.
8. Work closely with design, procurement, and sales teams to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience in the glass and aluminum fabrication/pergola industry, Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Proficient in conducting on-site measurements and assessments. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to clients' locations as requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
