To ensure day-to-day fabrication and assembly operations run smoothly, safely, and meet production targets and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise steel cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations.
Coordinate machine operators and fabrication workers across shifts.
Monitor daily output to align with weekly container delivery targets.
Interpret fabrication drawings and assist in layout planning.
Ensure that all operations follow safety protocols and QA/QC procedures.
Support planning and material control with inventory forecasting.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime of key equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
3-5 years' experience in metal fabrication or container manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of CNC machines, MIG/TIG welding, and steelwork.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on two-shift production cycles.

Daily production targets achieved
First-pass yield and minimal rework
Safe operation compliance
On-time shift handover and reporting
