We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support daily production operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure quality and safety standards are followed. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and the production team to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing daily production activities
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow
Identify production issues and support corrective actions
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards
Prepare daily production reports and documentation
Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams
Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
Ability to read technical drawings and process documents
Familiarity with safety and quality standards
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
Basic knowledge of ERP systems
Willingness to work in shifts if required
