Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production activities in the fabrication workshop.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure all fabrication work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, material, and machine utilization for maximum efficiency.
Prepare and maintain production schedules and progress reports.
Implement and maintain safety and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in
steel structure fabrication
or related industries (tents, sheds, or shade structures).
Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding, and assembly processes.
Ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
