Job Summary:

The Production Manager oversees the entire production process of signage projects -- from planning and material procurement to fabrication, installation, and delivery. This role ensures that all jobs are executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the company's quality standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Coordination

Plan, schedule, and manage all signage production activities. Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials based on project timelines. Coordinate with design, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Fabrication Oversight

Supervise fabrication of signage (3D letters, acrylic, flex, metal, LED, digital printing, etc.). Ensure accuracy of dimensions, finishing quality, and structural integrity. Implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures.

Material & Resource Management

Monitor material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability. Optimize resource usage to minimize waste and cost.

Team Management

Lead and supervise production staff including supervisors, fabricators, painters, welders, and installers. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when needed. Conduct regular performance evaluations and training.

Quality Assurance & Safety

Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing. Enforce workplace safety practices and compliance with company policies.

Project Execution & Reporting

Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and present to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical field. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in signage production management (indoor/outdoor signage, acrylic, metal, LED, etc.). Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding production layouts. Hands-on experience with signage machinery (laser cutters, CNC routers, bending machines, etc.). Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

UAE experience in a signage or advertising company. Knowledge of local suppliers and material availability. Understanding of quality, HSE, and ISO standards (if applicable).
