Duties & Responsibilities:-
Production Process Optimization:
Monitor and analyze HVAC duct fabrication processes to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
Planning & Scheduling:
Develop production schedules for HVAC duct fabrication to meet project deadlines while minimizing equipment downtime and reducing delays.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure that all fabricated products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Implement and maintain strict quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and testing to ensure high performance and compliance with environmental standards.
Equipment & Facility Maintenance:
Manage the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and prevent production delays.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, production processes, or materials and implement corrective actions quickly to minimize production disruptions.
Cost Management:
Work with procurement and operations teams to control costs related to production materials, labor, and resources while optimizing the use of raw materials and reducing waste.
Health, Safety & Environmental Practices:
Ensure that all production activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments such as design, engineering, and supply chain to ensure smooth and seamless production flows and high-quality product output.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation, enhance product quality, and optimize production processes in line with the company's sustainability goals.
Training & Development:
Provide guidance and training to production staff on equipment handling, process improvements, and safety practices. Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth within the team.
