Job Description
The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.
Must be a Mechanical Engineer.
Job Purpose:
To manage the fabrication process to ensure timely, high-quality production by interpreting drawings, planning workflows, overseeing shop floor operations, and coordinating teams.
Job Responsibilities
Production Planning:
Receive and interpret steel fabrication drawings and requisitions to plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Resource Allocation:
Plan and allocate fabrication bays, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with project timelines.Oversight:
Monitor productivity, track progress, and ensure fabrication works are completed according to the plan and drawing specifications.Quality Control:
Implement quality assurance controls and monitor output to meet industry standards and client expectations.Coordination:
Coordinate with fabrication workers, and cross-functional teams, including project, design teams and subcontractors.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain production documentation, including daily reports, change orders, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and inspection records.Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the production system and processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.Safety & Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and relevant labor laws.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Production Engineering in Construction company: 5 years (Required)
