Production Engineer - Marine Construction

Manage and supervise the production of floating marine structures including pontoons, walkways, and connecting hardware.
Plan and schedule fabrication activities ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
Liaise with procurement and site teams to align production with project demands.
Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the workshop or yard.
Provide technical input for improving production methods and solving on-ground issues.
Work with the QA/QC team for inspection and compliance at all stages of production.
Must have experience in Marine construction, especially floating structures
Must have Previous Offshore project experience.
Must have minimum 5 years of experience as Production Engineer.
