We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Production Engineer

to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in

joinery and furniture production

, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage production processes efficiently within fast-paced environments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily production activities within the furniture/joinery workshop. Ensure production plans, schedules, and targets are met in line with project requirements. Review technical drawings and provide guidance to the production team. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor resource utilization (materials, manpower, machinery) to maintain optimal productivity. Implement quality standards and ensure all products meet the required specifications. Troubleshoot production challenges and provide practical engineering solutions. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

4 years of experience in furniture or joinery production within the UAE

. Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and joinery techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, production planning tools, and MS Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
