Our Role: Production Engineer - HVAC Duct Fabrication

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of our HVAC duct fabrication process. Your role will be key in ensuring high-quality output, cost-effective operations, and a safe working environment. You'll also play a central part in driving a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork across our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the HVAC duct fabrication process, ensuring all products meet precise specifications and quality standards. Coordinate regular maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to effectively manage material, labor, and resource costs; optimize raw material usage and reduce waste. Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations, maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. Provide hands-on training and support to production staff on equipment operation, process improvements, and safety procedures. Cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment that emphasizes skill development, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC fabrication or a similar manufacturing setting. Proven ability to lead teams, implement process improvements, and manage production budgets. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
