We're seeking for the position of
Production Engineers
who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality. Your expertise will help us maintain our competitive edge and deliver superior products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and production techniques.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in production engineering, specifically related to building materials trading. (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methods.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
