Job Title: Production Engineer (Steel & Aluminum Fabrication Factory)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our steel & Aluminum fabrication factory in. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of steel & Aluminum fabrication processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Oversee daily production operations within the steel & Aluminum fabrication factory, ensuring output meets both quality and delivery requirements. Collaborate with the Factory Manager to develop and monitor production schedules, implement lean manufacturing processes, and optimize resource utilization. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and throughput.

Project Management:

Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality execution of steel & Aluminum fabrication projects. Oversee the fabrication of steel & Aluminum components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to steel & Aluminum fabrication processes.

Back-Office Functions Coordination:

Serve as the key liaison between operations and support functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Ensure that all relevant departments are aligned on operational goals and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between teams. Work with Procurement to guarantee the timely supply of raw materials, steel & Aluminum components, and other essential resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience in steel & Aluminum fabrication and manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of steel & Aluminum fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly. Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. have UAE Driving License & car.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
