Plan and optimize production to meet targets and quality standards.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and improve processes.
Coordinate raw materials with store/procurement.
Ensure safety, QHSE compliance, and 5S practices.
Reduce scrap, troubleshoot issues, and implement CAPA.
Train and guide production staff.
Recommend equipment, technology, and workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing, quality systems, and lean principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
