We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer

with a minimum of

4 years of experience

in

steel fabrication and structuring

, including relevant

UAE experience

. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on production management, quality control, and coordination of fabrication and installation activities.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about engineering, capable of handling multiple projects involving

Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and PVC fabrics

, and should possess the technical and leadership skills necessary to direct fabrication teams and manage end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

:

Production Management

: Oversee and manage day-to-day steel fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Multi-Material Expertise

: Handle projects involving MS, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and PVC fabrics with a sound understanding of fabrication techniques for each.

Team Leadership

: Lead and supervise a team of experienced technicians, welders, and fabricators to execute production tasks efficiently and safely.

Project Coordination

: Manage small-to-medium scale projects from

concept to commissioning

, coordinating between design, fabrication, and installation teams.

Design Support

: Review and interpret engineering drawings, offer design input when required, and ensure design feasibility during production.

Installation Oversight

: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure proper execution of structure erection and commissioning on-site.

Quality & Safety Compliance

: Ensure all activities comply with

UAE regulations

, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Reporting

: Maintain accurate production records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate updates to senior management.

Requirements

:

Minimum

4 years

of experience in

steel fabrication and structuring

. Proven

UAE experience

in managing production and fabrication teams. In-depth knowledge of

MS, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and PVC fabric-based structures

. Strong understanding of fabrication machinery, processes, and tools. Ability to

read and interpret technical drawings

and project specifications. Excellent

communication

team management

skills. Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering

or related field preferred.
