- Maintain and inspect work production
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in boat/ ship building and being a Production Engineer.
- Must be keen in procedures and machine operations
- Candidates must have a degree of Marine Engineering
- Candidates must be knowledgeable in building ships.
- Responsible in training people on equipment and machine operations.
- Maintain safety standards
- Responsible for supervising and improving production
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
