Job description

The Production Engineer will Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximize success.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and manage the workshop personnel planning and forecast as per the workload.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain the production ratio database.

\xc2\xb7 Review fabrication drawings and perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

\xc2\xb7 Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

\xc2\xb7 Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. Investigate production and process issues and provide technical support and training.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and enforce HSE policies in the workshop. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains quality service by setting up and enforcing organization standards

Profile

We are looking for a Production Engineer for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity, and improvements. Improve quality and safety and reduce operating costs.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in the field.
• Engineering degree or other related.
• Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements.
• Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).
• Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1).
• Knowledge of High-Pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP) beneficial.
• Technical knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW).
