Production Engineer

Job Description
Ecocoast is looking for a talented and attentive Production Engineer who will be leading the factory improvements in internal processes and protocols. Based in our factory, this Engineer will support the Engineering team with project budgets, and bills of materials, draw up safety and quality protocols and report issues to the Head of Production.

What will you do?
- Drawing up budgets and Bills of Materials for incoming projects and verifying consumption of materials in systems as per the BOM.
- Repairing and leading the Quality Control inspections till delivery.
- Flagging and informing of quality issues to the Production Supervisor and the Head of Production
- Leading the upgrades in inspection and safety documentation, and the overall improvement of the Quality Control processes.
- Assessing the quality of incoming materials as per required specs.
- Instigating reports to monitor performance.
- Advising on process changes to improve the efficiency and quality of our products
- Creating BOM for New Product Development and conducting tests to verify compliance
- Responsible for production GMP, ISO standards
What we are looking for?
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience within a manufacturing production environment.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience in CAD software and drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel required)
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good project management skills
- Presently in the UAE and ready to join immediately is a plus
