Working in Plastic Factory/ or similar experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management/ or other related field.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on leading multiple departments.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the plastics or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Problem-solving mind-set and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
