To oversee Production planning, execution, and delivery of LED luminaires, ensuring alignment with sales commitments, organizational goals, adherence to cost & Qty budgets and timelines, meeting safety, ISO 9001 & ISO 14005 requirements and stakeholder satisfaction.
Activities to be performed:
Production Planning:
Develop and maintain detailed production plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
Material coverage:
Project components shortages to procurement as per the production orders received with specific time frame of requirement.
Quarterly Forecast & Planning:
Prepare components and accessories requirements as per the sales forecast from Sales and initiate procurement action
In-process Quality:
To monitor the production lines regularly, perform 1st half inspection for each line and start the production. To conduct intermediate inspection as per quality norms specified and record the observations. Arrange products for ageing as per defined procedure. To ensure finished product meets the quality requirements as per IEC 598 standards
ISO 9001:
To follow the process and procedures as per Production manual for each operation and maintain records as per the process defined.
Customer complaints:
To analyse each of the customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, preventive and corrective methods and to ensure the problem shall not recur
MIS:
To prepare daily production report and monthly reports as required by the management
ISO audits:
To participate in ISO audits as per schedules and clear the NCs on time.
Safety:
To monitor and ensure safety standards are properly followed as per process and civil defense requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Should have atleast 5 years of working experience in assembly of LED lighting with any of the professional LED luminaires and accessories manufacturing companies, preferably ISO 9001 accredited.
Should have hands on experience with ISO 9001 systems and procedures
Familiarity with IEC, CE, CB standards preferred
Should have hands on experience in the production processes of indoor and outdoor LED luminaires
Exposure to testing methods and measuring equipment like Power analyser, Megger, Multimeter, Hipot tester is preferred
Shall be a Diploma / graduate of Electrical & Electronics engineering
Preferably around 30 years of age
Should be able to relocate to Gulf
Should have valid passport
