Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production schedules in line with project and delivery requirements
Liaise with planning, engineering, procurement, and production teams
Monitor production progress and update reports on output, delays, and manpower
Ensure availability of raw materials, drawings, and work orders before production
Track fabrication stages (cutting, welding, assembly, painting, etc.)
Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Assist in resolving production issues, delays, or resource constraints
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Support dispatch and logistics coordination for finished materials
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety rules, and ISO procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
2-5 years of experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing industry
