Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized

Production Coordinator

to support our sales and operations team. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, production houses, and internal teams to deliver on client projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production houses for pricing, lead times, and sample delivery Source and onboard new production partners and suppliers across UAE Assist the sales team with sample preparation, cost sheets, and production planning Ensure all production tasks meet deadlines and client specifications Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and inventory as needed Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions and pricing updates Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on order status

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a production, coordination, or vendor management role in

Dubai

Strong understanding of print, packaging, or merchandise production processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
