Position Overview
Apparel Group Dubai is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to manage merchandise flow, storage, and replenishment within the store. The role ensures efficient stock handling from receipt to display, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting sales operations by ensuring product availability and organization. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in stock or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify quantities against delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality and report any damages or discrepancies to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Organize and store merchandise in the stockroom following store procedures for quick access and safety.
• Tag new arrivals and handle product returns according to company instructions.
• Replenish store shelves and displays as needed to maintain product availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure all stock is properly labeled, clean, and in saleable condition.
• Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Follow proper storage, safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
• Maintain vigilance on store security and prevent any loss or mishandling of merchandise.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sales, seasonal promotions, or festive periods.
• Handle lifting and movement of boxes up to approximately 10 kilograms as needed.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in supply chain or logistics is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in stock coordination, inventory, or warehouse roles within retail.
• Familiarity with warehouse or stock management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks safely.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
