We are urgently looking for a Production Coordinator to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate will supervise production department, overseeing the wooden joinery, metal, acrylic fabrications, signage, graphics and painting section. The candidate should have good communication and excellent time management skills. Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate in Technical field / equivalent engineering
- Strong working knowledge in interior fit-out joinery, metal fabrication, Acrylic fabrication , signage , painting section , Large Format Printing
- Experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, Exhibition
- Can manage 15 to 20 members team members
- 3 + years of experience in planning and executing the activities in similar industry
- Creative thinker to achieve the end product results
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate people & develop strong team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the Company.
- Proficiency using computer as Microsoft Office , Excel and related production control softwares.
- oversee the production process and drawing up a production schedule
- Supervise all production, overseeing the wooden joinery, metal fabrication, Acrylic fabrication / signage / painting section / Large Format Printing
- ensure that the production is cost effective
- manage resources efficiently smartly
- draft a timescale for the job
- estimate costs and set the quality standards
- monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
- liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- work with managers to implement the company\'s policies and goals
- ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- supervise and motivate a team of workers
- review worker performance
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Interior Fit-out, Joinery, Fabrication, Printing industry: 3 years (Required)
- Production Coordinator: 3 years (Required)
