Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide Process and Technical support to the Factory for manufacturing of Powder Coatings. Manage Process related activities:

Provide Process and Technical support to the Factory for manufacturing of Powder Coatings. Manage Process related activities:
- Production support in troubleshooting (process issues, raw material issues,)
- Technical support for the shift.
- New production processes, trials
- Processes optimization considering Safety, Quality, Efficiency
- Equipment optimization and reliability
- SOP (procedures) definition
- Running production in the shift smoothly.
- Preparation of batch cards for the production activities. Checking the QC and approving batches for the production.
- Track records of the machines.
- Connecting with operators to go for the smooth production and maintenance activities.
2. Manage Process or equipment changes.
3. Process Safety Management resource for the Site: Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change,
4. Drive continuous improvement activities to support cost optimization
- Review and upgrade Standard Operating Procedures for the plant.
- Develop and drive LEAN activities (product flow optimization, 5S, Kaizen Event\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Develop and support the visual management: monitoring of product flow, daily review to set targets, communications plan
- Teach concepts and coach the operators to see and eliminate waste.
5. Ensure SHE and Environmental Site compliance vs local regulation and Axalta Standards.
6. Manage RC14001 implementation, certification, and yearly execution.
7. EHS administration (Internal programs and performance metrics follow up and reporting)
8. Maintenance of the Powder Coating Machines. Keeping record and setting up plans for Preventative Maintenance.

B.Sc. (Chemistry)/M.Sc. (Chemistry): First class in academics would be added advantage.
For Fresher no experience is required.
Experience: minimum 2-3 years of experience in Powder Coating manufacturing process. Should be independent of handling shifts. Capable of formulating the batches and support to troubleshooting in production process.
