Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable
Production Helper
to support daily manufacturing activities. The role involves assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness in the production area, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks Handle basic manual tasks such as cutting, sorting, packing, or labeling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment Support in quality checking and reporting any defects Help in packing, stacking, and shifting materials as required Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Basic education (10th/12th preferred) Prior experience in a factory/production environment is an advantage Physically fit and able to lift and move materials Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to work in shifts
