We are looking for a
Production Assistant cum Production Supervisor
to join our perfume manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily production operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality control, and supervise workers to meet production targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in daily perfume filling, labeling, and packaging operations. Ensure all production activities follow company standards and safety procedures. Supervise production staff and coordinate work schedules. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and daily output. Support the Production Manager in planning and implementing production schedules. Inspect products for quality consistency before dispatch. Report production issues or delays to management promptly. Assist in training new staff and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in perfume or cosmetic production. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Basic knowledge of perfume filling and packaging machinery. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets. Preferably available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
