We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented

Production Area Supervisor

to oversee and manage the daily operations within the production area of our farm. This role focuses on supervising the harvesting, processing, packaging, and dispatching of products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, production efficiency, and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

? Organize and supervise all activities within the production area, including harvesting, sorting, primary processing, packaging, and order preparation

? Ensure that all operations comply with established quality, hygiene, and safety standards

? Distribute tasks among team members daily, monitor performance, and provide necessary instructions

? Perform quality checks on finished products before storage or dispatch

? Control the correct use and maintenance of production equipment and tools

? Maintain order and cleanliness in the production zone

? Manage the inventory of production supplies (packaging materials, tools, gloves, etc.) and report shortages

? Ensure accurate reporting of harvested, processed, and packed product volumes

? Support the training of new production workers on standards and procedures

? Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely preparation of orders

? Quickly identify and address any issues that arise during the production process

? Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports to the Farm Manager or Head Agronomist

? Manage and lead the team of growers and other production staff (approximately 10 people), ensuring smooth daily operations and performance efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

? High school diploma or vocational education; additional technical training in food production or agriculture is a plus

? Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar supervisory or production role, preferably in agriculture, food production, or vertical farming

? Strong leadership and organizational skills

? Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce quality and hygiene standards

? Proficiency in computer use, including working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), creating basic reports, and operating inventory or ERP systems

? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

? Physical stamina and willingness to work in a production/farming environment

? Experience in managing and supervising teams of workers

Working Conditions:

? Monday - Saturday (can be modified) 6am-3pm, 1 hour lunch break

? paid vacation (probation period also 6 month)

? paid overtime work

? Salary: 6000 AED + bonus (~8000 AED)
