The Role
We are seeking a motivated
Production & Process Supervisor
to lead daily workshop operations in our Dubai facility. You will manage a team of technicians and operators, ensuring pumps and equipment are assembled, tested, and delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
This role also includes driving manufacturing engineering improvements, supporting new product introduction, and embedding lean practices to continuously enhance performance
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality requirements
Supervise and mentor technicians and operators, providing guidance and feedback
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS)
Monitor equipment performance, plan maintenance, and minimise downtime
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, cost, and efficiency
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues
Develop work instructions, process layouts, and risk assessments
About You
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
5-10 years' experience in a production/manufacturing role (pump manufacturing or heavy machinery preferred)
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality management systems
Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and using ERP/MRP systems
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
