We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Support Service Engineer with a strong background in heavy equipment, preferably excavators, cranes, and forklifts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing technical support, performing maintenance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and service needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, both in the workshop and at client sites.
Diagnose, repair, disassemble, and reassemble machinery components as needed.
Accurately document service activities, inspections, maintenance records, and repair reports in the company system.
Monitor and report equipment performance, reliability issues, and improvement trends.
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, forklifts preferred).
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently on field assignments and in workshop environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
