Product Support Engineer

You will have a chance to: Perform hands-on troubleshooting at the touchpoint level
Replace broken components (motherboards, cameras, sensors...)
Roll out, installation, testing and configuration of new systems and touchpoints
Perform hardware, firmware and software updates at toucpoint level, including licenses and patches.
About ?deal Candidate
Experience working with Windows operating systems.
Skilled in supporting systems remotely and building PCs or servers.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Experienced in diagnosing hardware and software-related faults.
Working knowledge of networking infrastructure, cabling, electrical schematics, and electromechanical equipment.
Experience in software product support with strong troubleshooting skills
Experience working in an ITIL service environment.
Experience in airports, security, or similar environments is a plus
