Responsibilities:
About the Team: GB Equipment Solutions (GBES) is the sole dealer for JCB products with its coverage all over UAE. GBES has two State-of-the-Art 3S facilities (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) and three parts sales branches (Sharjah, Alain & Western Region). With a strength of 95 highly trained professionals serving more than 5,000 loyal JCB customers in UAE, GBES has the second largest construction equipment market share in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving overall customer satisfaction.
- Arrange Inspections of the plant and visits for customers.
- Offer expert technical guidance and assistance to customers regarding the operation and performance of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Conduct thorough product training sessions for customers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Identify opportunities for service contracts, maintenance agreements, and repair services to generate additional revenue from existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades to drive service revenue while ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Track and analyse service and repair sales data to identify trends and areas for revenue growth.
- Prepare Daily &Monthly reports, Annual Maintenance contracts and preventive Maintenance contracts
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher
- Experience: 4-7 years of min exp
- Skills : Negotiation skills, MS office, good communication skills
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
