Summary: A Product Designer is a professional who is in charge of translating the wants and needs of consumers into product design features. They must have a creative eye, tech savy, and be able to think outside the box in order to come up with new ideas or solutions that meet customer expectations, and create digital or print drawings as well as design fully-functional products. They are in charge of the entire product creation process. The skills that a product designer must have range from technical to human-centered design. Product designers take part in user research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating. Main Tasks: -Discovering and defining a problem, and then empathically designing a solution. -Identifying opportunities for new products. -Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences. -Setting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners. -Translate requirements into practical product features. -Improve the design of existing products. -Gather feedback from product users. - Continuesly improve the product based on customer needs and feedback.- Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness. - Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences. - Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports. -Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements. -Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. -Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.RequirementsRequirements: - Great Communicator. - Tech Savy. - Customer Centric. - Hospitality Background.RequirementsRequirements: - Great Communicator. - Tech Savy. - Customer Centric. - Hospitality Background.
