The Product Specialist will drive sustainable revenue growth in line with sales plan for UAE region for our Surgery (Biosurgery) portfolio.

Main responsibilities will include:

Leverage the conversions to strategic products in the market.

Builds sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different partners.

Increase the category share of BD in the target market.

Achieve sales targets in the designated territory.

Implement BD Sales strategies to achieve the objectives in the target market.

Helps in organizing promotional and educational group meetings, symposia and conferences for doctors and other medical staff, Nurses.

Attending Operating theater with KOLs.

Establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with the distributors and the customers.

Develop close relationships with healthcare professionals in order to influence healthcare policies / guidelines and purchasing collaboration to show quality and price justifications.

Conducts ongoing market analysis including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence.

Be actively involved in the sales processes with end users in cooperation with the distributor staff.

Develop competitive argumentation scenarios to position Biosurgery products in the market.

Proactively develop and personally implement business and marketing plans by product group for Surgery Biosurgery sales to meet and exceed business objectives.

Drive sales-effectiveness by implementing company segmentation & targeting methodologies.

Development of KOLs of different specialties.

About you

A bachelor\'s degree in Pharma, nursing or a related field, MBA would be an asset.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Minimum of 2-3 years in UAE healthcare sales experience \xe2\x80\x93 Surgical product experience is a plus.

Operating Theater Experience.

Expert and successful negotiator with excellent influencing skills.

Knowledge and understanding of Hospital procurement procedures.

Must be able to demonstrate progressive achievements both individually and within team environment.

Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teammates.

Demonstrates strong business acumen, strategic problem solver who anticipates trends and driven activity.

Excellent communicator (both written and verbal).

Judges and prioritises to achieve personal and team objectives.

Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity.

Is highly results driven with strong planning and organization skills and ability to implement plans.

Demonstrates maturity, self-awareness, resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Self-motivated and exhibits a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.

Demonstrates outstanding levels of personal responsibility

Can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

Is an excellent teammate and possesses interpersonal savvy.
