JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for a motivated Product Specialist in UAE to expand our horizon with new products and healthcare solutions to the customers over the region. This role will be highly intuitive and self-focussed to take the lead for growing the company and will be an equal opportunity to learn, earn and grow. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Perform market research and identify new potential products as per the market requirements. Identify new potential customers and establish relationship with them understanding their requirements to provide quality services. Maintain good relationship with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends and gaps to direct the business as per the requirement. Discover potential suppliers for innovative and quality products/ solutions based on the market need. Plan and penetrate the market with value added services ensuring atmost levek of customer happiness. Sales and Marketing Promote the products and related services to the customers understanding their needs. Provide utmost support and guidance to the customers ensuring all the information, demonstrations and trainings as required. Continuous follow up with customers to generate orders for high volume business and gain the customer feedbacks on provided services. Coordinate with management to develop the team for achieving the set goals and targets. Contribute to develop the marketing strategies and promotional activities as identified. Prepare sales report and target accomplishments with continuous reporting to the management. Track the report on inventories and the goods sold and to inform management to maintain a continuous and seamless logistic flow. Coordinate with finance team for the timely billing and collection of payments from the market. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Monitor and respond to the tenders from various institutions as applicable. REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Bio-medical engineering or any other related science background.
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in UAE
• Additional details: Driving license with own vehicle is mandatory.
• Job Specific Skills: Require a good knowledge in UAE and international market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to join immediately or within a month
