Job Description
A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Product Specialist for their Abu Dhabi office.
Salary: AED 12K - 15K per month.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Define a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objective, and target for surgical products.
- Improve product marketability and profitability and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Manage and build long-term professional customer relationships.
- Deal with customer complaints and implements corrective actions.
- Provide customers and healthcare professionals with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations.
- Identify areas of improvement by monitoring and analysing sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional, sales, and educational material.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences and represent the company and products effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and monitor competitors\' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, life science or similar preferably Healthcare or Medical Science background.
- Proven sales experience within the medical devices industry particularly Surgical products.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
