In this role, you\'re responsible for conducting quality planning. Implements, maintains and continually improves QMS of OIC. Also maintains Quality documents and procedures for the product lines, facilitates qualitative risk assessments and MOCs
As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Performing, coordinating, analyzing and monitoring quality control and product assurance tests and test results
Establishing and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
Ensuring improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in manufacturing field.
Maintaining product Quality Records, creation of product data-books
Analyzing of data (Quality Notification trending, Cost of Poor-Quality analysis for improvement, QMS nonconformance, etc.)
Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor\'s degree or Masters in Engineering
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality
Have a manufacturing or mechanical background
Have previous experience in completion tools is preferred
Have previous experience in machining
Have previous experience in root cause analysis
Welding experience is preferred
Have good knowledge of ISO 9001
Knowledge and expertise in maintaining Quality Management System
