BRIEF JD- Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and lead innovation in products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions
- Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team
- Identity KPIs and use them as a comerstone for team focus and priorities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience
- Identify future potential of products and get teams, customers and business network excited about it
- Lead design and development teams to deliver digital solutions and products
Requirements
- Deep experience in digital product development and marketing
- Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organisation
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing. A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
- Knowledge of Lead and Agile software development processes
- Expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization
