Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the Sailpoint IdentityIQ Platform product team which is part of Identity and Access Management under Identity and Cyber Security (ICS) of Macquarie's Central Operations Technology Group. The platform product owns the environment across Dev, Test and Prod, and supports the capabilities required to run operations and transform Macquarie's user access management processes and technology.As a Product Owner you will own the vision, the roadmap and end to end delivery of the Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform. You will be a champion of exceptional customer experience, working closely with the engineers in your team to understand the needs and pain points of consumers of the Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform and related API. In collaboration with other central teams and peer products in the transformation program, you will develop and evolve a clear, compelling, and challenging vision and roadmap that will be used to both lead the team and align your stakeholders. In addition, you will work to ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all and features and stories are prioritised to maximise customer and business value.You will be working and collaborating with Chief Product Owner (CPO) and peer Product Owners within ICS in determining and executing the strategic objectives of the User Access Management Transformation program, in delivering new features and platform improvements.The key responsibilities of the Sailpoint Identity IQ Platform Product Owner include: Owns the Product Backlog for platform related capabilities. Keep the product backlog always in alignment with Master Product Plan. Maintaining a holistic view of the strategic direction of the User Access management Transformation program and having a balanced approach between Tactical and strategic directions while managing stakeholder expectations. Lead Increment and quarterly planning in alignment with Chief Product Owner. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and teams on any dependency or risks to deliverables and work to unblock the team. Oversee delivery of committed work within the agreed timeframe and provide timely reporting status on the team's deliverables. (KPIs) Own management of risks arising from Platform, including raising known issuesLead discussions with the audits and risk teams related to platform related features and processes and ensure feedback is incorporated in the product planning. Management and allocation of ad-hoc tasks and help the team in prioritization as and when required. Drive process improvements aligned with strategic direction.Operate in a changing environment with proven record of transforming the existing capabilities and processes while maintaining quality of the delivery.
